Monterrey Jack (Or Cheddar Cheese) Spaghetti

Ingredients
8
oz spaghetti (broken into 2" pieces)cut after drain spaghetti

eggs
2
cups sour cream
1/2
cup grated parmesan
1/2
tsp garlic powder
4
cups shredded monterrey or cheddar cheese
2
pkgs (10 oz) frozen chopped spinach (thawed and drained)
1
large can durkee french fried onion rings
Directions
1.
Cook spaghetti(drain and cut into small pieces)
2.
In medium bowl (beat eggs, add sour cream, parm cheese and garlic powder)
3.
After drained and cut spaghetti, add to egg mixture with cheese, spinach and half
4.
of the durkee onion can
5.
Put in greased 2 qt casserole dish (350 for 45 mins covered)
6.
Last 5 minutes add remaining onions
