Kays Pig Pickin Cakes

Ingredients
1
box yellow cake mix
1
stick butter
1/2
cup corn oil
1
small can mandarin orange's & juice
icing
2
containers cool whip
1
can crushed pineapples
1
large vanilla instant pudding
Directions
1.
Combine cake mix,butter,oil& eggs beat 4 minutes
2.
pour batter into two 8" round cake pans
3.
Bake @ 350 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes
4.
Let cakes cool
5.
Drain Pineapples - keep juice aside
6.
Combine cool whip, crushed pineapples and pudding
7.
Poke a few holes in the cake a put a small amount of pineapple juice in holes
8.
Frost cake with frosting
9.
Refrigerate for 1 hour before serving
