Lemon Biscotti & Almond & Vanilla Biscotti

Perfect for tea and coffee. This is a 60 year old recipe from the heart of Italy.

Ingredients
biscotti – vanilla and almond

kg self raising flour

gr caster sugar

gr butter

vanilla essence little bottle
almond meal small bag
biscotti - lemon

almond meal or 1 grated lemon

Directions
1.
Biscotti – Vanilla and Almond

Mix all together and leave for a few minutes 5-10 minutes and you take a spoon of dough and make them into round balls and put them on a tray.
3.
Before you put them on the tray spay the pan with oil.
4.
Put them in the oven on about 200c and put in the middle of the oven.
5.
Check every 10 minutes and look for a golden colour then they are cooked.

Biscotti – Lemon

Mix all together and let it rest for 5-10 minutes, then you start to twist or you can make it any shape you want.

Put them in the oven on about 200c and put in the middle of the oven.
