Bread Pudding

Ingredients
2
slices raisin bread
butter, to taste
1
egg
3
tbsp sugar
3/4
cup milk
1/2
tsp vanilla
nuts (if desired
Directions
1.
Toast 2 slices raisin bread. Butter while hot. Break into pieces. Place in a small baking dish. In a cup beat 1 egg. Finish filling the cup with milk. Add 3 tablespoons sugar, 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla, and nuts if desired. Pour over Raisin toast and let sit for 30 minutes to soak in. Bake in 400 degree oven until brown and fluffy.
