Hamantashen

Nana Marilyn is known throughout the community for her famous hamantashen. Each year, Nana spends days baking and shipping hamantashen to her family and friends.

Ingredients

cup vegetable oil

cup orange juice

Directions
1.
Prepare dough
2.
Roll out 1/4 inch thick on floured board
3.
Cut 3 inch circles
4.
Put 1 teaspoon of filling in each circle
5.
Oil pan
6.
Put in top third of oven at 375F for 18 - 20 min
