tsp dijon mustard

eggs

cup water

split and toasted english muffins

slices smoked ham

green onion, sliced

cup chopped seeded tomatoes
Directions
1.
MICROWAVE
2.
Singles, mustard and milk on HIGH until blended, stirring every 30 sec.
3.
greassed hot skillet
4.
Add eggs, 1 at a time, allowing space between eggs.
5.
Pour water around eggs and cover.
6.
Bring to gentle boil
7.
Simmer until whites are completely set and yolks are cooked as desired.
8.
COVER muffin halves with ham and eggs
9.
Top with sauce, onions and tomatoes.
