Blueberry Muffins

Ingredients
makes 6 large muffins or 12 small muffins

cups all- purpose flour
3/4
cup white sugar
1/2
tsp salt

tsp baking powder
1/3
cup vegetable oil
1
egg
1/3
cup milk
1 1/2
cups blueberries
1
tsp vanilla
topping
1
tbsp white sugar
2
tbsp brown sugar
3
tbsp all-purpose flour
3
tbsp butter, cubed, softened
1
tsp ground cinnamon
Directions
1.
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Grease a muffin tin or line with muffin cups.
2.
Mix together all dry ingredients in large bowl
3.
In a glass measuring cup, pour in 1/3 cup oil. Add an egg then pour in enough milk to make a full cup of liquid ingredients.
4.
Pour liquid ingredients into dry mix. Mix well.
5.
Fold in blueberries and spoon into muffin cups
6.
Mix top pin ingredients together with a fork until crumbly. Sprinkle over the top of the muffin batter.
7.
Bake approx 25 minutes or until golden brown and a toothpick inserted in one comes out clean
