Honey Glazed Chicken Wings

A great appetizer.

Ingredients

lb chicken wings (a bag)
1
cup honey
1/2
cup soy sauce
1
clove of garlic-minced
1
tbsp ketchup
1
tbsp olive oil
salt and pepper
Directions
1.
Cut the chicken wings into wings and drummies and discard the extra. Place the wings into a 13x9 pan, preferable one with a dark inside. Coat with the oil, and salt and pepper to taste.
2.
Combine honey, soy sauce, garlic and ketchup. Stir until well blended. Pour over wings and marinate at least one hour.
3.
Heat oven to 375 degrees and bake wings for 1 hour turning occasionally. The glaze will begin to caramelize at the end of the baking period. Mix to caramelize equally and then remove.
