Buffalo Chicken Bites

Chicken mixture baked inside Pillsbury Crescent Rolls

Ingredients

cup finely diced chicken breast
1/2
cup crumbled blue cheese
2
tbsp shredded cheddar cheese
1/4
cup hot sauce (Frank's brand is what I use)
4
tbsp unsalted butter, melted and cooled
1
package of pillsbury crescent rolls
Directions
1.
In small bowl combine the chicken, blue cheese, cheddar cheese, melted butter and hot sauce and set aside.

Preheat over to 400 degrees with rack in the middle of the oven. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.

Layer crescent roll dough on work surface and stretch to 10 x 15 inch size. Using a pizza cutter, cut the dough into 12-36 equal squares (depends on the size of your balls). Add one tablespoon of the chicken-cheese mixture to each dough square. Make a ball with the dough, sealing the edges. Place on cookie sheet and bake for 12-17 minutes or until golden brown. Remove from over (some cheese may have melted out) brush tops with melted butter before serving (optional).
