Pork Chop Casserole

Pork chops with potatoes in cream mushroom sauce.

pork chops

small onion
1
can cream of mushroom soup

medium potatoes sliced
1
can mushrooms
Directions
1.
Brown pork chips in onions and butter. Place potatoes in a 2 quart casserole dish and pour drained mushrooms over top of potatoes and then place pork chops on top. Pour some water in the pan that you browned the pork chops in and with a rubber spatula scrape all of the drippings loose. Pour the soup over the chops and then pour the water and scrapings over the top of that. Cover and bake at 325 degrees for 1 1/2 hours.
