Veggie Omelet

Ingredients
1
diced green pepper
1
diced red pepper
1
diced white onion
1/4
diced mushrooms
cheese and other chosen ingredients
3
eggs
1/4
cup of milk
Directions
1.
After you have diced your vegetables, sauté them them for about 10 minutes. Then, whisk your eggs and milk together until liquified.
2.
With medium heat on, spray your non-stick pan with spray and pour in the egg mixture, then cook until boiling.
3.
Add in your vegetables and other ingredients (ex. cheese, basil, salt & pepper, etc) on one half of the omelet.
4.
Then, fold the omelet in half and brown for a few minutes, proceeding to flip it over and browning that side as well.
