Black Bean Salad

cans black beans (rinse & drained)

tomatoes (seeded & chopped)

cups fresh or frozen corn

bunch of scallions (thinly sliced)
1/2
cup fresh lemon juice
1/2
cup oil
Directions
1.
Combine all ingredients but lemon and oil. Mix well but gently. Combine lemon and oil until bubbly. Pour into beans and marinate in fridge.
