Delicious Vegan Sandwhich

The best vegan sandwhich you will ever try

Ingredients
vegan pesto

cup picked basil leaves

cup olive oil

clove garlic
salt & pepper to taste
hummus
2
cups cooked garbanzo beans
1
clove garlic
1/4
cup olive oil
1
tbsp cumin
1
lemon (juiced)
salt
Directions
1.
Carefully remove the pit quarter and thinly slice your avocado.Thinly slice up the vine ripe tomatoes as well as the cucumber.Fan all of these veggies onto a plate and season with olive oil,salt,and red chili flakes.
2.
Grab some arugula an slice the red onion then season and mix with olive oil lemon juice and salt.
3.
Toast up a few slices of ezekiel bread and spread some hummus from edge to edge on one of the slices.
4.
Spread some basil pesto on the other slice of bread.
5.
Begin to evenly layer out the beautiful veggies
6.
Then top off with the arugula and red onion salad.
7.
Slice and enjoy.
