Healthy Crepe

I adapted this recipe from my Great Grandmother but modified it from a desert into a healthy breakfast meal.

Ingredients
3
eggs
3
tbsp flour
pinch salt
1/2
cup milk
fruit of your choice (fresh blueberries, strawberries ect.)
Directions
1.
In a small bowl, whisk the 3 eggs
2.
Add the milk to the bowl
3.
In a medium bowl, sift or "whisk" the flour
4.
Add a pinch of salt to the medium bowl
5.
Slowly add the egg and milk mixture to the bowl, mixing every time you pour
6.
Add the fruit to your bowl
7.
Pour a small amount of canola oil to the pan
8.
On low heat, pour the crepe mixture into the pan until a thin layer covers it
