Apple Bowl

Just like a bread bowl- I wanted to try making an apple bowl and the results were surprisingly delicious!

Ingredients
1
large apple
2
tbsp peanut butter (per half)
1/8
cup rolled oats (per half)
Directions
1.
cut apple in half
2.
scoop out inside of apple and leave just the skin and some inside with a knife and spoon
3.
chop scooped out apple into small bits- put aside
4.
put peanut butter into small bowl and mix with apple bits and put into apple bowl
5.
chop oats into small pieces
6.
sprinkle on top
7.
repeat entire process and enjoy 2 apple bowls!
8.
(eat inside mix only or bite into bowl and eat it all together)
