A healthier alternative to McDonald's Egg McMuffin.

english muffin

slice canadian bacon
1
small handful shredded cheddar cheese
1
egg
1
turkey sausage patty
Directions
1.
Toast both halves of the muffin
2.
Cook the egg well-done, adding a bit of pepper
3.
Microwave or bake the turkey sausage patty
4.
Open muffin and place the Canadian bacon on, followed by the sausage patty, egg, and cheese
5.
Place in microwave for 20 seconds or until cheese is melted
