Creamy Baked Chicken

This was a college staple for me, because you can throw it in the oven and do other stuff for an hour while it cooks. Also, it's delicious and has lots of good textures.

Ingredients

whole chicken breasts, about 4 pounds total, split and skinned
8
slices (1oz each) swiss cheese
1
can (10 3/4 oz) condensed cream of chicken soup
1/4
cup dry white wine or water
2
cups seasoned stuffing mix
1/3
cup butter or margarine, melted
Directions
1.
Arrange chicken in a shallow 9x13" baking dish. Top each piece with a slice of cheese.
2.
In a small bowl, stir together soup and wine; spoon evenly over chicken. Coarsely crush stuffing mix and sprinkle over chicken. Drizzle evenly with melted butter.
3.
Bake uncovered in a 350°F oven for 50-55 minutes or until thickest portion is no longer pink.
