Pumpkin Cheesecake

Ingredients

cups graham cracker crumbs

cup melted butter
1/4
cup granulated sugar
3
packages (8 oz) cream cheese
1
cup granulated sugar
1/4
cup packed light brown sugar
2
eggs
1 3/4
cups (15 oz) canned pumpkin
3/4
cup evaporated milk
2
tbsp cornstarch
1 1/4
tsp cinnamon
1/2
tsp nutmeg
Directions
1.
Combine ingredients for crust, pout into cake form and bake 6-8 minutes.
2.
Beat cream cheese + sugar until fluffy. Beat in eggs, pumpkin, and evaporated milk.
3.
Add cornstarch, cinnamon, + nutmeg. Beat well.
4.
Pour into crust.
5.
Bake at 350 degress for 55-60 minutes.
6.
(Optional - apply sour cream + sugar topping to crust).
