gr raw grated carrots (a little more than 1.2 lb - 8.83 oz

gr grated almonds
juice and grated peel of 1/2 lemon

pinch cloves

tbsp cinnamon

gr confectioners sugar
Directions
1.
Stir egg yolks and sugar.
2.
Add sugar, almonds, lemon spices, and whipped egg white.
3.
Bake 60 minutes at 325 degrees.
4.
Serve somewhat warm, sprinkled with confectioners sugar
