Teriyaki Grilled Chicken Kabobs

Ingredients
4
boneless chicken breast halves, cut into 1 1/2-inch cubes
1/2
cup Soy Vay Veri Veri Teriyaki Marinade & Sauce
1
large red bell pepper, cut into 1-inch pieces
1
large red onion, peeled and cut into 8 wedges
1
cup white button mushrooms, halved
Directions
1.
Soak 8 wooden skewers in water for 30 minutes.
2.
In a bowl or large Glad® resealable container, add all of the ingredients and toss to coat.
3.
Let stand for 15 minutes.
4.
Preheat the grill.
5.
Thread the chicken on 4 of the skewers and the vegetables on the rest. Discard any leftover marinade.
6.
Grill the chicken and vegetables about 5 to 7 minutes on all sides or until crispy and golden.
