Crepes

This crepe recipe is from Breakfast and Brunch. I love making them as much as i love to eat them. They are yummy rolled up up in cinnamon sugar or drizzled with butter and brown sugar

Ingredients

eggs
1 1/2
cups milk
1
cup flour(Gluten free)
1
tbsp butter, melted
1
tsp honey
1/4
tsp salt
Directions
1.
In a blender, combine the eggs, milk, flour, butter, honey, and salt; blend until smooth.

Heat a lightly greased skillet pan with oil or butter; remove from heat. Pour in about 2 Tbsp of the batter, lift and tilt skillet to spread batter evenly. Return to heatl cook for 1 minute or until lightly browned on one side. Flip witha spatula and cook with one more minute. Slide crepe onto paper towel. Repeat with remaining batter, greasing skillet occasionally. Serve warm.
