Morning Energy Bites

Delicious way to start and energize your day. Makes 24 truffles

Ingredients
1
cup of dry oatmeal (GF oat optional)
2/3
cup toasted/non-toasted unsweetened coconut flakes
1/2
cup peanut butter/almond butter
1/2
cup group flax seed
1/3
cup of honey or agave nectar
1/4
cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1
tsp vanilla extract
3
tbsp of warm water if mixture is too dry
Directions
1.
Stir all ingredients together in large bowl. make sure the mixture is all stuck together, so it is well enough to make into balls after they are set. If mixture is till dry, add some water, honey or peanut butter to the mixture to help. Not too much though you do not want the mixture to be runny.
2.
Put in fridge for half an hour, then after they are chilled form into balls of your preferred size.
3.
Makes about 20-24 balls
