Mandarin Orange Salad

This is a good, refreshing, low calorie salad. It had it first at Circle Meeting, then found out that Sue Hooks Cooke had put in our church cookbook as Low Calorie Salad.

Ingredients

small packages sugar-free orange jello
1
(16 oz) container cottage cheese
2
small cans mandarin oranges, drained
1
can (15 oz) pineapple tidbits, drained
1
(16 oz) container cool whip
Directions
1.
Mix dry Jello powder with cottage cheese. Add mandarin oranges and pineapple; mix well. fold in whipped topping. Spread in glass dish and refrigerate for a few hours or overnight prior to serving.
