Chocolate Muffins Natural Strawberry

Ingredients

tbsp of cocoa powder

gr of plain yogurt

tbsp flavoring vanilla

gr of cream cheese type Philadelphia

gr of butter

gr of icing sugar

tbsp coffee or vanilla (optional)

pastry bag with open nozzle
Directions
1.
Preheat oven to 180 º C
2.
Paint tins muffins butter or capsules prepared paper.
3.
In a bowl mix the flour , the yeast bocarbonate & cocoa.
4.
In another bowl mix the egg, sugar, oil and yogurt, go well integrated when incorporating l to flour until a homogeneous mixture ,
5.
Fill the molds or paper caps to 3/4 full and honear 20 to 25 min.
6.
Let them cool on a rack.
7.
And they are cooled, plumped slightly in the middle so then to fit a natural strawberry (each muffins) so that when cutting half muffins can be shaped like a heart.
8.
To make the topping of cream cheese with a whisk mixture r in a bowl all ingredients until smooth.
9.
Meter cream to a pastry bag with an open tip, and decorate yourself.
