Chocolate Avocado Mousse

A healthy, delicious dessert.

Ingredients
2
ripe avocados
1
tin coconut milk (just cream part used)
1/2
cup raw cacoa
2
tbsp honey
1
tsp vanilla extract
Directions
1.
Place tin of coconut milk in the fridge for 30 minutes. This will separate the cream layer from the water.
2.
Add the avocado flesh, cacoa, honey and vanilla extract to a food processor. Add the separated coconut cream.
3.
Blend to form a smooth mixture.
4.
Add to individual glasses and chill in a fridge. Serve with flaked almonds raspberries.
