Chocolate Brownies

Very easy recipe to make moist, squidgy brownies.

Ingredients

gr unsalted butter

gr 70% dark chocolate

gr plain flour

gr cocoa powder

gr white chocolate, chopped

gr milk chocolate, chopped

large eggs
275
gr golden caster sugar
Directions
1.
Preheat oven to 180 C and line a 20 cm square tin.
2.
Cut unsalted butter into smallish cubes and tip into a medium bowl. Break dark chocolate into the bowl.
3.
Melt the chocolate and butter together and leave to cool to room temperature.
4.
Sift plain flour and cocoa powder into a medium bowl.
5.
Break eggs into a large bowl and add sugar. With an electric mixer on maximum speed, whisk the eggs and sugar until they look thick and creamy.
6.
Gently fold in the cooled chocolate mixture, followed by the flour and cocoa.
7.
Stir in the white and milk chocolate chunks.
8.
Pour the mixture into the prepared tin and bake in the oven for approximately 35 minutes.
9.
Leave in the tin until completely cold, then cut into squares.
