Bean Salad

Ingredients
1/2
cup of olive oil
3
cloves of garlic, mashed
lea & perrins® worcestershire sauce
hot sauce
creole mustard
pinch of salt
juice of 1 lemon
white wine vinegar
1
purple onion
2
celery stalks
half red pepper
4
cans of beans = Canalini, Kidney, Garbanzo, Pinto
1
can of string beans
Directions
1.
Slice onion thin
2.
Dice half of a red pepper and celery stalks
3.
Mash the garlic cloves
4.
Mix ingredients in a large, mixing bowl
5.
Add all beans and string beans to the bowl
6.
Add olive oil, worcestershire sauce, hot sauce, mustard, salt, lemon juice, and white wine vinegar to taste
7.
Keep tasting and adding Cover and marinate in the refrigerator until ready to use
