Uncle Jay's favorite Mun = poppy seed in Yiddish "They look like little hockey pucks!" - Nana

Ingredients
4
cups of flour
2
eggs
pinch of salt
less than 1 cup of sugar
2
heaping" teaspoons of baking powder
1/2
cup of oil
3/4
cup of orange juice
1/2
box of poppy seeds
Directions
1.
Add flour into a mixing bowl
2.
Add eggs, sugar, salt and mix
3.
Add oil, orange juice, baking powder, poppy seeds and mix until smooth
4.
Roll dough out until 3/4 inch thick
5.
Cut out circles using a drinking glass (~ 3 inch diameter)
6.
Prick each of the circles with a fork
7.
Place circles on a greased baking sheet in the middle of the oven at 425 degrees F for 15 min or until brown
