Passover Sponge Cake

Ingredients

eggs
1 1/2
cups sugar
7/8
cup cake meal
2
tbsp of potato starch
1/2
lemon - zest and pulp
2
tsp wine or grape juice
Directions
1.
Beat the egg whites in a mixer
2.
Add sugar gradually
3.
Blend lemon and yokes in a blender
4.
Add blender mixture into the egg whites
5.
On low speed, add wine/grape juice, cake meal and potato starch
6.
Put mixture in an un-greased, tube pan
7.
Put in oven at 350 degrees F for 60 min
8.
Remove from oven and invert the pan to cool the cake
