Veggie Bars

These are the absolute bomb!!!!! Quite a bit of prep work but definitely worth it.

Ingredients

cans crescent rolls

oz cream cheese softened
1/4
cup sour cream
1/2
cup miracle whip
1
package ranch dressing dry mix
1/2
cup green bell pepper, finely chopped
1/2
cup broccoli, finely chopped
1/2
cup cauliflower, finely chopped
1/2
cup onion, finely chopped
1/2
cup carrots, grated
2
roma tomatoes, drained, seeded and chopped

cup cheddar cheese, grated
Directions
1.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Cover bottom of large cookie sheet with crescent rolls, patting to fit. Prick with fork. Bake 10-12 minutes. Cool completely.

Cream dry dressing mix, cream cheese, miracle whip and sour cream. Spread on cooled crust. Spread vegetables over cheese mixture. Top with grated cheese. Cover and refrigerate for several hours. Cut into small squares.
