Chicken Chili (Which Is What You Had)

You can pit it all in the frig and eat later, or heat up and eat now! Make the attached cornbread, its very yummy.

Ingredients

lb boneless chicken breast

bottle ken's honey teriyaki sauce
canola oil

clove garlic - chopped

red pepper - diced
1
greed pepper - diced
1
cup diced celery
1
zucchini cut up in cubes
1
cup shredded carrots
1
summer squash cut in cubes
1
vidalya onion
1-14 1/2
oz can of hunt's petite diced tomatoes w/green chilis (or 2 10 oz. cans)

oz can of red kidney beans drained and rinsed with water
1-14 1/2
oz can of white cannellini beans drained and rinsed with water

oz can of b&m red kidney baked beans
Directions
1.
Marinate chicken in sauce then grill until tender. When cool, slice into small pieces and put aside. In large pan, saute the vegetables in canola oil with garlic until a bit tender. When tender combine with canned items in large pot. Add chicken.
