Coriander Carrots

Yummy yellow carrots!

tsp whole coriander seeds

lb carrots - diagonally cut
1/4
cup water
1
tbsp butter
1/4
tsp kosher salt
1/4
tsp black pepper
Directions
1.
Crush coriander seeds with heavy skillet. Heat large skillet over medium heat. Add coriander; cook 30 seconds or until toasted. Add carrots, water and putter to pan. Reduce heat to medium-low; cover and cook 10 minutes or until carrots are crisp-tender. Sprinkle salt and pepper. Cook, uncovered, 3 minutes or until liquid evaporates.
