Swiss Turkey Burgers

Ingredients

lb lean ground turkey
6
lowfat Swiss cheese, shredded
1
egg white
1
tbsp Dijon mustard
1/4
cup fresh bread crumbs
1
tsp black pepper
4
hamburger rolls, split
nonfat cooking spray
Directions
1.
Combine the turkey, swiss cheese, egg white, mustard, bread crumbs and pepper in a medium bowl. Shape into 4 patties. Lightly coat the grill with cooking spray and pre-heat for 5 minutes.
2.
Grill the burgers for 7-8 minutes or according to your preference.
3.
Place each burger in a bun and serve with condiments of your choice.
