lb boneless, skinless chicken

tsp paprika
1
tsp garlic powder
1
tsp onion powder
1
tsp ground black pepper
1
tsp salt

box (~12-15oz) brown rice or long grain wild rice

tbsp olive oil
Directions
1.
mix paprika, onion powder, garlic powder, pepper, salt in a ziploc bag. cut chicken into small chunks. put the chicken into the bag and shake it until the spices cover the chicken.
2.
fry the chicken in a large skillet in ~1 tbsp olive oil.
3.
boil the rice until cooked thoroughly. add rice to skillet with chicken once chicken is completely cooked through. reduce heat and mix rice and chicken.
4.
goes extremely well with a side of steamed broccoli and carrots.
