Bean Soup (Fasolatha)

This is a hearty Greek soup that I frequently make for the family. It's delicious and so good for you!

Ingredients

cup dried large Lima Beans, soaked overnight or about 6 hours
1
cup tomato sauce
1/2
cup chopped celery
1/2
cup chopped carrots
1/2
cup chopped onions
1
tbsp of mrs. dash (no-salt flavoring)
1
tbsp tomato paste
2
(3 tbsp) of red wine vinegar
Directions
1.
After soaking beans, wash them and put into fresh water (about 1 1/2 ties the volume of the beans), with NO salt. Bring to a boil with Mrs. Dash, onions, carrots and celery for about 2 hours. When beans are very tender, add tomato sauce, salt, pepper and simmer another 20 minutes. Enjoy!
