For Over-Easy or Over-Had Eggs: Heat 2 teaspoon of butter in nonstick frying pan over medium-high heat until hot.

Break eggs into separate bowl and slip into pan, one at a time. Immediately reduce heat to low.

Cook slowly until whites are completely set and yolks begin to thicken but are not hard, five to six minutes. Slide food turner under each egg to remove from frying pan.

-for Over-Hard Eggs, cook the same as you would for Over-Easy but then carefully flip over.

-for Based Eggs, cook the same as you would for Over-Easy but use two tablespoon of butter. Cook until edges turn white. Begin basting eggs with butter from pan. Cover pan between bastings and continue cooking until whites are completely set and yolks begin to thicken but are not hard.
