Pecan Pies

I got this recipe from my good friend, Barbara Rumple, several years ago.

Ingredients

box light brown sugar
4
eggs
2
sticks margarine
2
tbsp vanilla
2
tbsp evaporated milk
2
cups or more) of chopped pecans
2
9 inch pie shells
Directions
1.
Melt margarine, add brown sugar and eggs. Mix well, add vanilla and evaporated milk. Add pecans. Pour into pie shells and bake at 325 for 35-40 minutes.
