Pineapple Coconut Cake

Ingredients

pkg french vanilla instant pudding mix
1
pkg white cake mix
1
can crushed pineapple drained well
1
cup flaked coconut
1
cup chopped pecans
1
container whipped topping
Directions
1.
Prepare pudding and chill for 1 hour
2.
Bake according to package in a 13 x 9 pan; cool
3.
Spread pudding over cake
4.
Sprinkle with coconut and half of the pecans
5.
Spread with topping and sprinkle with remaining pecans
6.
Cover and chill 8 hours
