Apricot & Lemon Slice

So easy and delicious this was a staple in our school lunches. This slice is a real reminder of the farm, but you cant buy Yo Yo's in Vic!! I do have a lemon tree now to make yummy icing.

Ingredients

pkt yo yo biscuits
1
pkt sao biscuits
250
gr butter
1
pkt dried apricots
1
tin condensed milk
Directions
1.
Crush biscuits
2.
Melt Butter
3.
Chop apricots
4.
Combine and press in to 18x20cm slice tin
5.
refrigerate and ice with lemon icing
