Tommy's Choc Bikkies

I made these once when Tommy came to visit. He and Glenn stayed up all night playing xbox and Tommy ate the lot! Ever since then I always made them when they come to visit!

Ingredients

gr butter

tsp vanilla

cups brown sugar

egg
1
cup plain flour
1/4
cup SR flour
1
tsp bicarb soda
1/3
cup cocoa
1/2
cup raisins
3/4
cup macadamias
1/2
cup white choc bits
1/2
cup milk choc melts
Directions
1.
Preheat moderate oven
2.
Beat butter, vanilla, sugar and egg.
3.
Stir in remaining ingredients
4.
Use a teaspoon to place balls on a tray and flatten slightly.
5.
Bake 10 mins. They may spread so space apart.
