One Pan Cheese Steak Skillet

This recipe is great if you are cutting out carbs, but you can also add to steak rolls and pop in the oven for delicious Philly Cheeseteaks.

Ingredients

lb thinly sliced rib eye
1
large onion, halved and then sliced into long strips
2
bell peppers
2
tsp montreal steak seasoning
4
slices of provolone cheese
steak rolls (optional)
Directions
1.
In a large pan, cook meat with a little oil until slightly browned.

Add onion and peppers, cook until browned- about 10 minutes.
3.
Sprinkle seasoning.

Top with cheese. Let cheese melt, remove from heat, serve.

If you choose to use this for sandwiches, I recommend buttering the steak rolls and sprinkle them with garlic salt. Toast them in the oven for 5-7 minutes. Then add the skillet ingredients to the break before adding the cheese to the mixture. Drizzle a bit of the skillet juices to the sandwich. Pop them back in the oven for the cheese to melt, and enjoy!
