Ingredients
1
can refrigerated biscuit dough buttermilk, 12 ounce (10 biscuits)
2
tbsp mayonnaise
1 1/2
honey mustard
12
ham cubes 3/4-inch
36
cheddar cheese cubes 3/4-inch
Directions
1.
Preheat oven to 400F. Place sheet of aluminum foil on oven rack.
2.
Coat 10 standard (2 1/2-inch) muffin pan cups with nonstick cooking spray and set aside. Place biscuit in each pan cup.
3.
In a small bowl, combine mayonnaise and mustard. Stir until well blended.
4.
Using thumbs, press down to make deep indention in each of the biscuits. Spoon equal amounts of mayonnaise mixture into biscuits. Top each with 1 ham cube and 3 cheese cubs.
5.
Place muffin pan on prepared oven rack. Bake about 12 minutes or until biscuits are golden, puffed slightly and overflowing with cheese.
6.
Remove from oven and let stand 3 minutes before removing from pans. Serve hot.
