Macaroni Salad

Ingredients

cup elbow macaroni
3/4
cup cubed cheddar cheese
1/2
cup thinly sliced celery (1 stalk)
1/2
cup frozen peas
1/2
cup thinly sliced radishes
2
tbsp chopped green onion
1/2
cup mayonnaise
1/4
cup sweet relish
2
tbsp milk
1/4
tsp salt
dash ground pepper
Directions
1.
Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain pasta, rinse with cold water, and drain again. In a large mixing bowl combine cooked pasta, cheese, celery, peas, radishes, and green onion.

For dressing, in a small bowl stir together the mayonnaise, relish, milk, salt, and pepper.
3.
Pour dressing over pasta mixture. Toss lightly to coat. Cover and chill 4 to 24 hours. If necessary, stir in additional milk to moisten.
