Baked Oatmeal

Ingredients

cup melted butter

cups oatmeal

eggs

tsp salt

tsp baking powder
2
tsp vanilla

cup milk
1
tsp cinnamon
1
cup brown sugar
Directions
1.
Mix together butter, sugar, eggs. Add rest of ingredients. Pour into greased 9x9 pan. Bake at 350° for 30-40 minutes. Serve warm with milk and brown sugar. Double recipe fills a 9x13 pan.
