Morning Protein Shake

Ingredients

eggs
1
cup yogurt (flavor to taste)
1
banana
1
handful fresh or frozen strawberries (any other fruit will also work)
1-2
scoops protein powder (vanilla is best)
Directions
1.
Assemble ingredients into blender the night prior
2.
Combine yogurt, banana (cut up), strawberries or fruit, and eggs into blender in that order so that yogurt is on the bottom
3.
Let chill overnight
4.
Add protein powder the following morning
5.
Blend until smooth
