Homeade Granola Bars

One thing I've always found is if you let your child help make something then they try more things. These are a good healthy snack that Jillian would help me in the kitchen make.

Serves 10people
stick unsalted butter
cup honey
cup brown sugar
whatever ingredients you like in your granola bars
store bought granola
rice krispies
stick thin pretzel
chocolate chips
sunflower seeds
endless possibilities
In saucepan combine butter, honey and brown sugar. Let it come to a boil and then remove from heat. Add anything besides the chocolate chips. Mix thoroughly and then dump onto an ungreased baking sheet pressing it down evenly. Then press on chocolate chips. After they firm up in the fridge then cut into bars and enjoy!
