Easy Roast And Gravy Over Toast

When I was 20 and got married my mother in law made this a lot. This is something I like to make on hectic weeks when there isn't a lot of time to cook because I can prepare ahead of time.

roast 3-4 lb
1
can fiesta nacho cheese soup
1
can cream of celery
1
can cream of chicken
Directions
1.
Place roast in a stock pot and cover with water. Boil until done. Once the roast is done then chop the roast up in small pieces. In casserole dish mix all 3 soups and the roast. Bake at 350 degrees until heated through. Serve over toast. ***** depending on the size of the roast you can add extra cans of soup to make more of a gravy.
