Eggs' N' Greens

Ingredients

tbsp olive oil
1
cup sliced mushrooms
2
cups spinach
1
egg
1
tbsp sriracha sauce
Directions
1.
Add half the olive oil to a heated skillet, sauté mushrooms and spinach and remove to a plate.
2.
Add remaining olive oil to the skillet.
3.
Crack egg into the pan and cook sunny-side up.
4.
Add egg to vegetables.
5.
Drizzle with Sriracha sauce.
