Make batter from tapioca flour, add 2 tsp salt and pepper, cover the chicken which already diced into the batter. Deep fried until crispy and set aside.

Chopped garlic finely, and saute it with oil until fragrant.

Put in the diced carrot, cucumber and pineapple, saute until soft.

Pour in the water which already mixed with corn flour, salt, pepper, tomato sauce and fish sauce. Stir until thicken.
