Cauliflower Pizza Dough

A gluten free alernative to pizza that is both nutritious and extremely filling.

Ingredients

cauliflower
80
gr ground almonds
2
eggs, beaten
2
tsp oregano
Directions
1.
Blitz the cauliflower in a food processor until it becomes a rice like texture.
2.
Add the rice to a bowl, cover with cling film and microwave for about 5 mminutes.
3.
Place cooked cauliflower in a clean tea towl and squeeze as much water out of the veg as you can.
4.
Transfer to a large mixing bowl along with ground almonds, oregano and seasoning.
5.
Add egg and mix well until it forms a large ball.
6.
Add mixture to a lined baking sheet and spread out to form a pizza shape. Make the edges slightly higher to form a crust.
7.
Bake at 200 C for 20 mins until golden brown.
8.
Add tomato sauce and toppings and bake until cheese has melted.
